Default My red evo 6.5 TME

    Bought this recently.

Oh how I've missed the G-forces!!!

My plans are to lower it on coilovers - recommendations welcome.
It needs top mounts too i think.
    NCT it and tax it.
    Refurb the wheels.
Replace the decals with new ones.
Touch up some bodywork and paint.

    Keep her standard after that.

Spent a few quid and a few hours on this today.

    New number plates.
    New LED parking bulbs.
    New 'super brilliant' headlights.
New LED rear number plate bulbs.

The ashtray in the rear was loose and shitty. Took it out, primed it, sprayed it, found a self tapper and put it back in properly.

The rear number plate lenses had been painted red at some stage, so got thinners at the plastic while I had them off for LED's.

The front driver headlight was cloudy as hell. Masked around it. Tried a few things out before I got it looking decent. Still not 100% but naticably better than it was.

The 'fins' in the bonnet vents were silver and were annoying me. (no pic unfortunately) the edges of the vents were rusty-ish and some of the mesh had lost its colour. Just looked untidy. Took it all apart, sanded it down, primed it, sprayed it, back in.

Still a few things I have on my list...
