Did a bit of a change for Punchestown in regards the colour scheme on the car. Changed the colour of the headlights and the alloys, both are now flourescent yellow.

The car is also now running a standard RB25 engine, but does retain the R33 GTR power FC with the wiring altered. It was mapped by John down in West Coast Performance and made 305bhp on the standard engine and turbo @ standard boost.

The car at a filling station on the way to Punchestown at around 3.30 on Saturday morning.


We had a problem with the car when it was on track, a boost pipe came off, and we sorted it, but in the next practise section a pipe came off a different part of the intercooler. So got about half a lap or something with the pipe on. Finally got it sorted just in time for qualifying, qualified 25 which wasn't bad considering no real practise.

she ran bearings in the bottom end i think. RB30 on the way......

Yeah it suffered the famous RB oil stravation problems and ran the bearings. We had a lot done to prevent it, but going up the hill in WGH it wasn't enough. Going to get a RB30 block and but the RB26 head on it.
