    Thinkin a gettin 888s for front
    17'' 9j
    What's perfect size for grippy front for driftin
    Only want to buy once
    Can't be tryin out different sizes lol

    iv a 9.5 on the front of mine and ive a 215 on..nice stretch but not mad...205 wiould look well IMO without going over the top..

    I was Thinkin the same, more contact, 225 prob as wide as ud go yeah?

    I have 235 on my 9 j's possibly too wide tho, works for me tho

    i"ve 235 40 18 on my fronts and they work a treat with just a little bit of stretch on 9:5 rims...
    so if your running 17 i would go for 225 45 would have the same affect just a nice little stretch and plenty of tyre on the road most importantly

    dont forget to add on an extra 10mm for the r888s, ie a 225 r888 is closer to width of a 235 standard tyre

    Why are you stretching a r888?the sidewalls on them are fairly solid so no need to stretch them surely going for a bigger size would be better more contact patch and as mentioned by will_c r888s are wider than your standard tyre
