offset for my s14a

i no this has prob been asked loads and loads of times lads but any help would be great.buying a set of rota grids in 18s in white or bronze...the car is uk spec14a on coilovers and standard body. want the wheels to set just nice on the archs with no spacers . have 18s on it now which are 18x9 et30 and 5mm spacers and it just dont do it for me..... was thinking something like 18x10 et20 on the rear and 18.9.5 et20 on the front. would i be right for wat im looking for ??????????

any info /help would be great lads and even a pic or 2...
tryed the search buttom but got stressed out!!

as u can imagne dont want to go down the wrong way and be freaked afterwards and stock with wheels i dont like....

Don't know if this will be any help but here's my 200 with rota's,they're 18x9.5j all round,with 10mm spacers all round.
