Mick down in barrysmotorsport does bolt on's in a variety of pcd's, widths and even puts them in a little bag for ya.
For the ones he quoted me on (which are no real difference to your requirements) was €100 for the 4 in 2 different thickness incl long bolts.
Cant argue with that.
Oh, and he wont sell you shite. They'll be bolt on, and hub centric.
