Default also gauging interest, my 1JZ Altezza project

Ok, my heads all over the place with this build, one min I'm all out wanting to get it done asap then sometimes I just think will I even get time to enter PD in this car or could even afford it, If I say no to PD then this is a very expensive track toy and for me who is still a complete novice I dont want to be smacking this into a tyre wall and look at all my money go down the drain again, I think I got to deep into this build to quickly, I also recently got engaged which I didnt really forsee but got a rush of romantic blood to the head on holidays lol, I'm going out with the woman 9 year so I'm planning/saving for a wedding now too and this car has quiet a bit of dosh tied up in it that could help me out massively at the min, I have no problem keeping it and finishing it in my own time, I'm been completely honest here as much as I can see whats left to finish is,

#1 to find a pull type R154 gear box (I have the push type provisionally sold to a member on here, hes patiently waiting until I make up my mind what I'm doing, if you missed my "wanted adds" it appears I was given a different R154 than what originally came with the engine),
#2 there needs to be custom hard pipe FMIC kit and shotgun stylee exhaust which I got a very good quote off Custom Metal Works (pm me for quote if interested in car)
#3 and lastly just wire and map the PFC,

To the best of my knowledge this is all that is required to have this car finished,

Whats included with the car (everything I bought for it basically)
Altezza with full interior custom RoCo engine and box mounts, Advans etc (nothing removed from car)
    APEXi PFC + Commander
    1JZ VVTi + R154
    Custom one piece balanced prop
Brand new GRP4 fuel cell + GTR fuel system
Brand new hydro mounted right hand side of tunnel
Brand new ACT paddle clutch and pressure plate + SC86 lightweight flywheel
    Brand new Greddy FMIC
    Brand new Mishimoto rad
Brand new electronic boost controller/turbo timer
Tokico gas springs and shocks (advertised with these when I bought it never really checked them out)

Probably few obvious things I'm forgetting but my head is sore from all this typing.

I couldnt live without something RWD so I'd be willing to take a trade of something to the value of around 3k any RWD really with nice road spec around 300bhp, I would need 4k along with your car, tax or nct not terribly important,

If I get enough interest in the parts I might considering breaking OR if someone wants to take over the project please make me an offer but like I said I aint stuck so not going to just let it off cheap in my world I'd like 7k but I'll put it out there and see,

After reading back what I'm after typing makes me bit sad that I might not be able to finish this project but I want to test the water see what kinda reaction it gets,

This is still exactly how the car looks nothing has been removed

Sick man hahaha thats my fear. Anyway I still blame those stupid tyre bales, have you ever seen some pics of the trackdays they actually have them sitting on the tarmac side of the rumble strips sometimes, grass is very precious up there.

I was getting too brave anyway, I worked out after this is the crash lap was going a bit mad once I got a bit of confidence.
