sr20det not reving out and dying out ???

hi

I have major problem with engine that i can not get my head around it. its a s13 sr20det 93 black top drift car. spec on car is standard ecu, injectors and airflow. boosting at .9 ~~ .car has walbro pump, fuel reg, intercooler,s15 turbo proper one straight throw exaust .
whats happing is
start car, starts perfect,ticks over 100% no noise no rattles or bangs.
car will take rev to about 5000rpm then die out. then start perfect again try to rev higher than 5 same thing happens again.
this is what i have done to try to fix the problem

swapped ecu+
coil packs+
airflow.
fresh fuel
new fuel filtr
new plugs
tested fuel prussure
changed injectors
checked turbo piping
knock sensor

all parts i have taken from my sileighty that i know are working
im thinking that could it be actuator not opening (yet to change) and check cat.

has anyone had this problem or any suggestions what it could be.
very greatfull for any help.

only seen comment afterwards! so any ideas.

when you say that it revs to 5000
does it mean that you've boot to floor and just wont go by 5000??
its it banging and spluttering when it reaches 5000 or just dies down???

yes when car is ticking then go to rev it it will rev to 5000rpm with no problems than after that it wont go any further makes kindoff noise like back fire then dies out completely. normally it would hit limiter. o and exhaust isnt leaking or anything.
