yea easy to burn holes andy but you do need bit more penetration than it looks your getting, welds look to be just sittin on top of the steel, if that was in a banger now i know the welds would break,

only the last two cars ive welded have i really got the hang of the welder, ive it turned down to the lowest setting but not moving to fast gives it penetration as apposed to just turning up the welder, practice on some old panels to get it right
