I'm still wallowing in my own self pity....first I was told to change my tyres a they were well and truly f*****, and I didn't listen, then I was advised not to do another run, but I persisted.......
On the bright side, it will be back together fairly soon and will be even better than it was before the smack...should be some weight reduction too
