swap modified 33 gear stick for standard one

as above lads i"ve my stick ere from my 33 box but it had to be modified to suit the 180 so it wasn"t hitting the dash anyways if anyone is doing a 33 box conversion i will swap gear sticks with ya.. as my 33 box is in my rx7 and i need a straight stick because its too far back...... and because its already modified to suit 180 it would be a shame to put it back straight,,,,,,

Any pics of it in the car?pics of welds also.what condition is the plastic bush at the bottom of the shifter.i have a standard one here.
