Default Goldstone Night Event, BBQ, Session??

Ok lads, going to run a fun non competition night event, with BBQ,,,, I will be removing as many tyres from around the track as I can to save bumpers,!!
Evening would consist of drifting from 5-6pm until maybe 10pm
BBQ with loads of food included in drifting price
    Can find cheap hotel nearby
Can organise bus to Carlow for those who wanna go on the session
Anyone going on the drink are more than welcome to leave drift cars and trailers at the track for the night,
And anyone who wants to do more drifting Sunday that can also be arranged,,

Price of drifting and food included €70 which I think is reasonable,,

DATE CHANGE!!!!!! Now to be on the 5th of November as Mondello is on the week before!!

Payment upfront would be a huge help people to have an idea of how much food to get!!

    Spectators €5 each

    So start a list fellas;-)

Ok people, hotel is fairly sorted,

    The dolmen hotel in Carlow,

Quote goldstone when you ring to book and ask for Claire,
They are doing a deal for 7 days from today of €60 per room so €30 between 2 or €20 between 3 people,, pretty cheap!!

It's only 5 mins in a taxi from Carlow town centre so get booking people!!

I just seen today that Mondello is on the 29th of this month so moving this to the 5th of November,,

Since we can not move the big tyres infront of the office as spectators stand there, we are going to screw sheets of wood to the tyres so if anyone does touch them you will glide off them with minimal damage instead of getting caught between the tyres and wrecking the back of your car!!

Now we will also have someone there for the whole night to do security for those who leave their cars at the track to go on the drink, so they will defiantly be safe!!

Chip van will also be on site for spectators as drivers get free food,,

Going to try get a hotel to do a deal on rooms tomorrow to bring down the cost that bit more,,,,

Keep the names coming lads, if the numbers are good we can start earlier no problem for more track time,,
