    If your starting out lad I'd go for a 2lt twincam sierra had a few of these over the years and the engines take some abuse. Omega's are great cars I had an mv6 ex cop car went really well but also had lots of probs with it and not easy worked at.

    omega would be alright but it would be a utter pig to work on. a sierra wouldn't be to bad since there simple enough. just keep your haynes manuals around and you'll be grand haha! jedurz christ sur!

    thanks lads . so far iv narrowed it down to a bmw or sierra. now we play the waiting game

    I had a 520, done 5 or 6 days in Portlaoise with it, a bit down on power so had to clutch-kick alot. Never took a fonk out of the clutch, it was biting just as well on the day i sold it as the first day out.

    i got my first car there two months a ago and its RWD!!. its a ra28 , never drove the fecking thing yet because im doing a full rebuild, just saying be careful what ya get, because its allot of money and fuck loads of work.

    the best thing to start off in is a sierra twincam and lighten as much as possible and are reliable and weld ere up and off u go
