    Angry VVT Rattle

    It's driving me insane

I don't think I could hate it any more then I do and at this stage !!

What are my options ? I know I can just replace the sprocket with a new one but that's boring and then it's just a waiting game for the poxy noise to come back...

I've a ~300hp+ S14a, she's currently at stage 3 and have always taught about possibly upgrading the cams and maybe getting it mapped with no VVT at all... I assume this would shut the sprocket up once and for all ? Only thing about that is, I don't have a clue what cams to go for, what other parts I need etc etc etc...

Can anyone help me out and maybe point me in the direction as to what I should be looking at buying ? Is there any other way to shut the rattle up ?

    Thanks

I didn't know that... I was told before that it was a massive job and considering the cost/time it would take I would nearly have been better swapping out my blacktop VVT for a black/redtop non-VVT

Sweet, I'll have to find a 'how to' guide !

How much for the sprocket Bradley_Motorworks ?
