I just dont understand this, there is countless cars on donedeal. Why do people think there is going to be some magic car on here that has not been advertised and is going to be let of for "a ball of money" whatever that means.

If your friend wants to buy a car, let him off and search for one like the rest of us.

i can see where your coming from lad tbh.but his only back in ireland today so was asked to look for him and was hoping there might be a car tucked away that someone would part with if they knew there was money waiting for it at the start of this week.

Some lads aren't interested in selling through donedeal ,receiving countless txt + calls looking to swap for some piece of scrap.

Cash buyers are rare these days so I'm sure someone might be tempted to sell if cash is on offer rather than a swap.

So lads who are trying to sell, dont advertise, that makes loads of sense.

No one who is not already sellin their car is going to just decide to sell cause someone has 3 grand. Unless of course there car is worth 2 grand, in which case your point is very valid and I stand corrected.
