Owner occupied (myself and the misses) for the past 8 years, non smokers, and the house is redecorated pretty much every year. Most of downstaris was repainted 6 weeks ago. You wont find a cleaner, better kept house for rent in the area

Cheers Dec, it's dead handy for shops, pubs, busses etc. Theres a train station opening 2 minutes away too

Space for 3 cars outside too, and UPC is piped to two bedrooms if that helps lol
