A friend is looking for a ball bearing turbo to for r34 rb25det NEO

Any suggestions?

They are not ball bearing and they have a ceramic turbine wheel (exhaust) and plastic compressor wheel. This is why the are more responsive STD. For performance would not touch one with a barge pole.

Some later R34 Gtt s were fitted with a alu comp wheel as the plastic ones had a habit of breaking.

Id say early R34 but some 98 R33 GTST are meant to have the plastic one but never see it my self.

anyone know of any ball bearing turbos for sale to fit r34 2.5 neo?

He has a ceramic, but doesnt trust it so wants something more reliable
