Audi A6 Auto Gearbox Problems

I know this isnt rwd or interesting but I promised I'd anyway!

As above, my sister has an Audi A6 1.9tdi Auto, gearbox code is cvt, and She got the geardbox reconditioned.

However, the car is jumping into gear, like someone is dumping the clutch in a manual.

I have done a bit of research into it and the gearbox is really troublesome and that it is possibly the gearbox brain is the problem.

Anyone have any experience or know what the problem could be?!
