Yep MS Paint ! I always get that suprised reply its simple to do!

1.PASTE PIC from EDIT-Paste from...

2. Use the free hand cutting tool in the top left of tool box..

3 Start at the bottom of the bumper keeping the toll cutting the outline of the car (NOT WHEELS) around the arches and when you get last piece of rear arch keep the toll cutting all the way to the outside of the image,UP,OVER,(your now top corner of the image,either side-depending on which side you started) the down the edge of image and straight back over to where you started to join up the cutting line!- for best results do it this way

4.Once youv joined back up the line and let off the mouse,it highlights and the cut out are is now moveable!!

5.Simply drag the cut out image -( bottom line shell of car and surroundings above and to the left and right)- down over the wheels to desired height!

6.If any white areas are left use the color match stick by first choosing the paint pot, then the magic stick (this simply means once you clicked the magic stick on the desired colour in the pic,the paint pot will appear with that colour in it! Make the area white the desired choosen colour then blend it in by using the spray can and magic stick!
