    Default original gran turismo intro

    the game that put me off driving games cos i was useless at it,but it was worth it just for that intro,still gives me goosebumps!

    the graphics arent half bad for a PS1 game even if it is just the intro video. makes the driving look so easy too!!! lol

    They where the days ha I still can't believe how much the graphics have changed its nearly like real life now but everything is too serious in gaming these days not like back then when it was a bit of fun

    What a game , i remember playing it first in waterford and going home to pester the mother for the money to get it ....
    Twas brillant being able to drive soopras , and skylines when no-one had a clue what they were ...
    Bear in mind this was 1997 when civics with kits were first starting to arrive on these shores , and no-one had a bog what any of these jap yokes were

    video games are "serious" nowadays??? gran turismo was the most serious game back then ye had to pass a mutherfukin driving test before ye got to play!

    it educated a generation on what japanese cars had to offer, i remember spending hours reading the descriptions of each car when you went to buy them and also reading all the driving techniques in the booklet and trying to get my head round under and oversteer!
    ah whod have known id only have to wait 14 years before i got to drive a real 2jzgte supra!

    That Game pretty much got me into cars rememeber the selection before ya started a race that had DRIFT or SIMULATION i think i always wondered what drift was lol what a game countless hours spent doin up jap yokes

    I still have the ps1 and that game somewhere may pull it out for a blast of it again
