standard fuel pressure sr20det? afpr

i got an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and i was told 10% more pressure than normal would be fine not to damage injectors.
i used the search function and couldn't find anything, does anyone know the standard fuel pressure and or give me some advice on the setup or in's and out's that they have experienced with adjustable fuel pressure regulators, thanks in advance.

3bar afaik is the standard fuel pressure on a sr20det

Standard pressure is 2.94 bar with out vacuum at idle and 2.45 bar with vacuum
