Prodrift 2011 Rd 4 Report – Mondello Park

Round 4, the penultimate round of the Prodrift Irl 2011 championship, took place this past weekend at Mondello Park, Co. Kildare. Despite the fact that we are at the ‘height of the Summer months here in Ireland, someone was not smiling down on us as the wet and windy weather yet again threatened to dampen the spirits of our drivers and of the crowds in attendance. Thankfully, this was not the case, as a return to a Mondello layout last used by us in 2008 featuring a high speed clutch-kick entry, and some absolutely ridiculous entries, ensured that each and every fan in attendance were treated to yet another action packed weekend......
