    **Small Update**
well lads have small bit done, bushes for my subframe havent arrived so im doing little bits here and there.

-Stripped the s14 engine loom down and got rid of loads of wires and connectors im not using then taped them all up and put the loom into the car!!
-Have the s14 engine and box there and stripped few parts off to clean up started by removing the pullys to be cleaned and polished, then decided to sand the inlet manifold down to remove all the pitting then polish the shit outa it!!Its taken ages to get it sanded down to the below pics thought loads of times just to put a spare one on and save the hassle but went with it and ive a bit more to do b4 polishing but will look class.
-Sanded the manifold down abit and polished one of the exhaust tubes quickely looks well so ill remove it and do it all!!

    Heres some pics anyway!!
    Cleaned front of engine abit

Sanded inlet Vs Standard pitted inlet

Inlet mani only sanded yet to be polished but looks good anyway!!

    Manifold Sanded lightly

    Nearest Manifold tube polished

Im thinking of polishing the rocker cover too in 2 minds it mite look cool with the inlet, rocker cover and mani all shinny shinny or it could be too much polished parts give me ur ideas on it weather to do it or just paint the rocker!!!

    ***UPDATE***
Well lads been busy the last 2 nights doing a few things, have the shell rolling now given me a good boost to get it finished!! Heres what ive done.

-Put the solid subframe bushes/collers in had to take small bit of the subframe off to get 2 of the collers to fit.

-Cleaned down the rear hubs and drives and sprayed them gloss black.

-Cleaned the lower rear wishbone down and sprayed it orange

    -Fitted the subframe,diff,coilovers,drives,arms and hubs

-Cleaned the engine down and all the auxilarys and sprayed them up to keep it all fresh looking.

Threw on some wheels and put the kit on roughly to see the rough outcome, very happy with the way it turned out now to get the engine in and get the kit, overfenders etc fitted ready for paint!!!

    Heres some pics
    Rear Subframe,diff etc

Engine Cleaned up,more to do yet,
