small bit more of an update. the rear brakes weren't great but after a bit of bedding in they were on the ball! went and tilted the handbrake handle further away and it's ten times better for initiating!

well here goes. every chance i got apart from today to get photo's it was too dark.
trs tow strap fitted (still need to fit the front)

thanks to a dirty lense camera i only have these pics (typical :P )

baught 2 17'' x 8 skid rims from ken red 180 on here
not shure of offset or make

everything back in iside including a new real carbon switch panel and....

    flocked dash

with a removable abs pocket so i set on moving the ecu from the footwell to above the heater fan. reason being so if anyone decides to sit in with me they won't kick the ecu to bits.

ill try to get out in the car again soon fingers crossed and have some better photo's and maybe and incar video or 2

Wel, it’s been a while since this thread has been used so ill blow the dust off.
The car has been in hibernation all summer getting some things done.
-That white vertex front bumper, ye it matte black now and cleaned the front a bit better

-I got myself a t28 bb from a late s14a (pretty much close comparison to s15 turbo)
    -braided turbo lines
    -ebay decat with gaskets

    -downpipe gasket

So combination of the turbo, screamer pipe, 3’’ downpipe, decat and cat back exhaust should help with the power side of things
I took out all the from suspension, stripped the wiring from inside the bay along the arches etc nd got busy with the wire brush as some of the sealer was cracking under the arches so before the rust settled in I went and stone chip the arches and then inside the bay I got the turrets and arch tubs painted kuro black with nice bit of clear coat on top. This cleaned the bay up and under the arch to get ready for the better bits to arrive
-got myself some daiyama coilovers from japspeed when I seen a deal going on sxoc.com for members of the forum, great people to deal with so out the the old (and very old) in with the new

-to mate those I got some adjustable tension rods (set to stock length until I get other arms in )

-I added a d.i.y front splitter to the bumper and I can amagine it won’t be on the bumper long when im driving but hey looks cool haha and I added some ducting to help draw some air to the engine bay

Scrolling the net dungdeal add came up with some cheap 18x9.5 and 18x8.5 wheels so I jumped on them and like any car, a nice set of wheels makes them! There replica’s of the advan TCII’s, kei racing d1’s. bout damn time I have a full set of nice rims for it! 25mm spacer on the front, might get a spacer for the back aswell after I get camber arms and roll the arches, also you mught see in the photo I got a harness from my brother (about time)

I reckon ill end up trying the 18’s when drfting but quickly switch to the 17’s and 16’s so no biggy.
Now with those bits done I reckon ill pay a visit to goldstone on the 10th for to see if all this money spending was worth while
I have another nice bit baught for it but ill leave that for another update

Front splitter looks really tidy. She is coming along nicely now.
Although Goldstone is probably not the best track to test new coilovers.

there hated upon so much and i don't know why! i like them, seen a s14 in japan with and without one and it looks lower with! well thats my oppinion anyways. there was a standard spoiler on it when i got it, but there was holes for a navan so i sourced one off a friend and wacked her on. better than filler anyday
