What are the solid subframe bushes like on a road car? Is there much noise or vibration?

Yeah there's a bit of both, and the paddle clutch doesn't help take offs. but i suppose its like living with a welder on the road you get used to it.

But the pay off with no movement or bangs from the subframe while dricing is worth it? I'm pretty used to vibrations and jerkiness taking off anyway.

The difference is mega, comparing to the old set up with hicas it's the first thing to be done, car could do with adj front castor . rear toe and camber arms and a visit to wez but will do fine for the time being

Cool, cool. Must get some for my car so. The second part of that means nothing to me. Mainly because I don't understand suspension set up. lol
