I have being asked to run a demo at heatwave on sunday 21st of August in the swords show centre Dublin. Unfortunatlly My own Silvia is getting a new heart transplant in garage D in UK (will do a build thread soon, 6cylinders and 500bhp) so I can not do it. I am looking for 5 suitable cars and Drivers who would be intrested in doing this.
The day will consist of the drivers and 1 mechanic/helper/tyre changer for each drift car that is doing the demo free entrance to the show and basically a WHOLE LOT OF TIME bringing people for passenger rides, we have to be there between 12:30 and 1:00 pm on the sunday and we will be giving passenger rides right up on till 7pm at night with only 2 half hour breaks in between. You "WILL BE PAID" for bringing each person for a passenger ride so please bring a spare lid with you and make sure you have a passenger seat and harness. NO LID/ HARNESS NO PASSENGER RIDES.
Each passenger ride will consist of 3 laps of the usual area used for the demo,(its small) as soon as the 3 laps are done, que back up and grab your self another passenger. Everytime you get a passenger you will be given a ticket from them and at the end of the day bring all your tickets over to me and I will cash them for €7.50 per ticket recieved.
I want this to be a fun and laid back day people, no pressure, no competition, so no need to go hammer and tongs at it, burning off all your tyres in a couple of laps. We will do solo runs and also twin drifting runs, so each person can practise there leading and following techniques. It is a demo people so I do need car's to look good, anything that has good graphics and full bodykits will get preference over one's that dont. I also need people who can drive, last thing i want is some one who is wild and goes and kills a load of people up there.
