Enginw is fairly standard at the minute
Spec so far
Frontmount,
Apexi filter.
Downpipe,
Full Exhaust System,
What would be the best upgrades to run 280-300bhp ? was thinking upgraded Fuel Pump,Injectors,z32 Air flow meter and a Map.

fuel pump.
boost contrroler
s15 bb turbo
and a re-map to ur list and you get 300bhp all day long
just standard turbo on it !
T25 ot T28???
T28r turbo 440 or 555cc injectors Rb25 AFM will easily see 300 hp...As for Ecu PFC or Nistune...I have all of the above on the shelf here if your interested...
10.5sec 1/4 mile @140mph Fastest s14 in Europe down 1/4 mile...

You would make 300 on the standard turbo if its in decent shape
I was recently in a similar position.
I have not yet installed all the parts but what I bought was - A Greddy T518Z turbo, a tubular manifold, Nismo 555cc injectors, Z32 AFM and Adjustable Pulleys. I am still trying to decide between a PFC or Nistune ECU for mapping.
That should easily get over 300hpBear in mind that the standard clutch is only rated to 300hp... Mine has less then 4k miles on it and just with the new turbo & manifold installed it's slipping. That was with the turbo boosting at ~16psi.
Boost has been lowered quite a bit now until I can get everything mapped together & a new clutch installed but just keep that in mind when buying parts that a new clutch may need to be on the shopping list. Also, I'd reccomend the Z32 AFM over the RB25 if you plan on upping the power again in the future, same with the injectors, go at least 555cc![]()
x2
You might need to look at clutches
I have an exedy clutch the basic oem replacement one and its slipping on me under hi boost and i'm only running 276bhp and 330lbft (1bar)
Standard clutch wont last a crack over ~260bhp
