I have what sounds to be the same problem.

When turning a sharp corner or entering a roundabout (slow down and clutch in) the rev's die and it cuts out.

Takes about 10 seconds of turning her over before it restarts.

But i have no dump valve..... no intercooler.... its a standard neough blacktop.
It doesnt happen on a straight road and im 99% sure i dont have a boost leak as it accelerates fine, no hesitation etc.

Infact the car drives perfectly all the time...... untill you for example pull up to a set of red lights, turn a tight bend at 10mph....

Im lost and its doing my head in!!!!

Any idea's???

Still sounds like a boost leak! Check everything, joiners etc something could be cracked and you wouldnt see it till it moves

Isnt this car always in jdm garage when I pass if bart can't fix it no1 can ha. As he says Hese an expert on them.

@ topdog you told stacky in his other thread it was his fuel pump giving him trouble!!. Are u only going with the flow of Wat other lads are saying or do you just not have an idea?

If you read his other thread he give more of a description of the problem and states it only happens when his petrol goes below half a tank. If you read his threads properly you would have spotted this.

this thread is 4 months old, its well sorted by now and it was the dump valve that was the trouble
