Whats the fluid level like when it starts hitting the floor again after bleeding? Sounds like a leak somewhere most likely at slave, if not that, is the clutch itself and fork moving/working freely?

Try bleeding it as normal and with the clutch to the floor and the nipple open detach the linkage from the push rod and compress the piston fully back with your hand and tighten nipple again .

    Should sort it .

Failing that you have a leek .
