it has a manifold for top mount on non vvt-i but i'm sure it'd fit easy enough to a vvt-i.

Stop fishing for a bigger price than you have on your mind, and put up a price that is slightly higher than what you want. Simples. Or just say more than something and less than something else, or a list of the offers you have gotten so far.
