    Default 20v ae86 project

    well all been on the site a while now and never threw up one of these threads
    so i bought a 16v trueno of danny on here just over a year ago, it was my second car:thumbsup: it needed very minor work for an nct so i set about sourcing parts for it, i got to drive it untill the snow and then it retired to a shed i only had it out a week and had a spell of bad luck head gasket went, which i got repaired, and the first day back out it rattled, so i decided to go down the 20v route:dft003:

    spec as stands

    engine/drive train

    20v blacktop engine
    t3 75mm trumpets
    toda lightweight flywheel
    trd padel clutch
    full kackimoto system
    trust 4 branch
    very agressive 2 way diff


    wheels:

    have 4 ssr mk3's -7 ofset
    2x volk slots 14x8j -11

    body/interior

    bride drivers seat
    nardi wheel
    dildo gear knob
    dash dodger cage
    rear shelf
    fly off handbrake button
    genuine trueno plastic splitter
    redlines


    suspension:
    front coilovers unkown make (with brand new kyb agx inserts)
    rear trd green shocks
    trd blue springs
    rear arb
    front and rear strut braces
    revolver rca's


    car as i first got it after a quick wash










    got new wheels spliter and the lend of wheels off twinky as he used mine foe the nct

    then i ran into some problems:@




    head off cleaned and skimed


    due i got to do the work learned a valuble lesson thereissed:




    some random goodies i had in the shed




    now more recent pics some goodies i picked up this week and last





    finally some fresh plate to replace the ghastly old ones



    and thats kinda it untill i get the car home this week after its completed 20v conversion (thanks to titey off here gent :thumbsup: ) sure all opinions welcome


    small update collected these off sc86 today sound lad

    yea hopefully lad, the rims could do with a referb, car will be painted aswell soon , just want to get it home asap
