Another entertaining weekend! Great craic at the track and in the pub. Once again the level of driving was very high across all classes, many great drivers, but like many other people in this thread, Eoin O Sullivan was my driver of the weekend! Some man to rub walls! Must say I was a bit nervous about judging the pro competition Sunday but it all worked out well in the end and having an insight into judging will help me as a driver. Speaking of which, we pulled a few late nights and one all nighter and got the FC up for practice on Friday with no handbrake and very little main brakes, which were taking an eternity to bleed. The car is borderline frightening! The way it makes power and grip is like no drift car Ive ever driven before, it will require a totally different driving style to drive it. Its logged and ready to go but it was lacking a few final bits to make it competition ready so roll on Mondello! The last few events in the tower have been great craic commentating, DJing and judging, but its time to get back out on track where I belong! Fair play to the lads for laying out a great track in Punches and Mondello clockwise should be every bit as entertaining. 100mph+ flicks FTW!
