    Default not so slammed mx5

Right thought I'd start a thread on this showing what I've been up to.
I had to take apart the wiring loom as I had no lights and the lights would only pop up but never go down. That is now sorted and I'll get pictures up of the finished product.
Raised the car up 30mil, its still plenty low enough.
Heat wrapping the exhaust at the minute, will get pics up as soon as possible

Cheers bud, they are +10 as far as I know! No rubbing at all on the rear with 10mm spacers and rolled rear lip but the fronts rub when turning at low speed and parking! Never anything at high speed at all!

    There actually grand!

Theres one small bent part on the front left! but nothing to worry about as theres not a bit of rust in sight!

It did have a hks cat back but it caught on speedbumps and when that happened it pulled on the manifold and cracked it, but it's welded back up again and theres no leaks so its perfect!

I've raised it up 90mm for the nct and fingers crossed it'll go on there ramp after I vrt it.

But I'll keep lowering it after till I get a height that I'm happy with, but I wont be able to run anywhere near as low!

I havent had it out much since I drove it back to be honest.

The sills were about an inch and a half to 2 inches of the ground and it didnt scrape once in England until the speedbumps at holyhead and getting into Dublin.

I done the repair myself with rattle cans and a spray can of Halfords Lacquer. Extremely happy with it as its my first time doing anything like it!
I still need to put on another coat of lacquer (waiting on the postman) and flat it and buff it, then I'll stick on my project-g rear wing!

The hardtop completely transforms the car, its much quieter inside and I can hear the stereo over the exaust now!ha But it feels even more of a go-kart now than ever!
Will have another update when I get the rear wing on!
