It's a drift car, the shell will most likely be thrashed before rust becomes an issue, a lot of the expanding foam is fire retardant the proper stuff is used as a fire barrier around pipes and ducting in buildings and isnt toxic when burned. It is a cheap, cost effective way of very noticeably increasing the stiffness of a car.

Ye alot of jap people do it in there drift car s power vechiles did it in there red s13 for ridge abilaty or some thing like that its ment to be like bracing the chassis legs iam in the process of putting it down mine from the front all the way to the back

The subframe bushes were hanging out of the car, as were the wishbone bushes, the pick and mix of coilovers knocked like a song by guns and roses,The respray was the roughest I'd seen since Stevie Wonder Autobody closed down and the front panels had gaps as straight as turn 2 at mondello, Yeah,Straight car I'd say!
