firstly, what type of tps is it? switch type (which shows only idle position and WOT position) or variable resistor (shows throttle position as a percentage)
check your sensor again with a multimeter, just because it was working before doesnt mean its still working :/
wiring, power, earth and signal. if its a variable resistor type, with ign on and engine off you should see battery voltage at your power wire and usually somewhere around .3 and .5 volts at your sensor wire with the throttle shut, this voltage figure does however depend on what sensor calibration the ecu requires..
if you have your power, earth and signal at the sensor, check at the ecu and check your wires for continuity..
itll end up being something simple no doubt
