are you shure it was in the head, sounds like the bottom end normall they rattle around the rev range.

my 95 and 97 ones dnt have it neither the buddys 98 1

engine swap. or cams used - vvt disabled. etc etc.

NO, i dout very much now the 3 of them got an engine swap,, isnt it only the english s14's and jap s15 had vvt???

I agree wit ian on this one I think all 180s are non vvt. Mine is 97 and its none vvt. The never 14s and15s are all vvt I think
