team drift

i've been asked to do this for fermoy round 2...

so im looking for 4 teams (to start with)

will have to have 6 members in each team..

4 drivers and 2 reserves...
which all drivers must be there on the Sunday..
if one of your drivers gets into top 16 of pro's thats him automatically out...
if ye do not have 4 of the 6 drivers thats signed in from the start ready for sunday at breifing of team drift. the team will be disqualified....

I presume a logged car with cage etc etc is a requirement for this yeah?

is this not something that can be signed on for in simple terms?

ie all interested sign on....if there is specific teams already they put forward the name of the team....then if anyone in that team get threw to the sunday they can be replaced by anyone that has their name down not just 2 reserves if you know what i mean??

on sunday morning a team briefing could be done and anyone not with a full team or not in a team could be sorted out very quickly between the drivers

the bit i high lighted didnt work at all last year.
yea i know exactly what your saying lad..
but it was like that last year and it was a joke..
people not turning up etc....
people didnt know who was who.....
thats why this year you need to do it this way......
it just saves me running around asking lads who's in what team etc....

bart is there rules to the team drift ie what are the judges gona be lookin for or is it even scored ! i think it would be cool if dave 'strepsil' egan could announce to spectators that there objective in the team drift is to have a fast entry and each driver will be as close to each others door as possible , a crowd hearing that will always be excited I remember it happening in puncherstown last year and the crowd were actually interested in what was happening in the event ,cause lets be honest its nearly 50 50 with the crowd on whos actually paying attention to the competition ....am i right ?? just a thought ,I think it would be cool !!
