    Default Moonraker Forest Rally

Took this footage at the weekend, was just trying out video. It was taken with a 550D which I am still trying to get used to. Manual focus being a major part. Thinking about doing a bit of video along with photos at the weekend for Round 1 and see how I get on. So any suggestions welcome. As for music will probably go back to just letting the recording be the soundtrack as soon as I figure out to slow down the audio as well as the video!

    A few photos as well

Thanks, was using 720 @ 50 fps, think its better when making the final clip run at 25 fps. I was using a trail version of Sony Vegas Pro 10, it runs pretty quick on my laptop for editing. But I haven't tried much with the camera or the editing. What to you use?

    Jesus looks pretty well ,
The girlfriend recently got a 5d mkII and wants me to start learning how to use the video function ...
Id say the manual focusing will take a bit of getting used to ...and the editing will be a complete nightmare

I find the manual focusing pretty hard. In that video I was using around f6.3 or above, and even with the depth of focus at that, its difficult to keep the car in focus. The DOF is the great benefit and challenge of using a SLR for video.
