ok thats what i was thinking of,so if the gas is going all the way thru to the exhaust end what will this mean and where abouts will the lambda sensor be???
on the cat itself or somewhere by the manifold.

the lamba is just a probe screwed into the exhaust similer to a spark plug shape but with wires comin out of it

nice 1 sykes, instead of bothering removing the sensor cnt i just fuck it and cut the wires clear off so that they wont be connected since by removing the lambda it will leave a whole

sykes whats up,was on to the car the whole night just got home.the car seems to have a different story.i checked the lambda sensor and apparently its brand new,the exhaust is near brand new and the under carriage is all in mint condition with the diff area in black BUT what happened is everytime i swapped batteries the car would drive 20km with lights and then it will shut down.same story after every battery change so i am thinking its the alternator dats fecked.i tried running the car and then removing battery to swap and it was dying on me.
this should have narrowed it down.
    so cat ok
    lambda ok
    fuel pump/filter ok
    air filter ok
fuses ok here is the other problem i realised.while going thru the fuses i noticed the 120A fuse for alternetor had burned but the guy used pliers or long nose to twist it as in the copper bits where twisted around each other to complete circuit but could it be the problem.i tried to get the fuse but no-where in waterford from tesco to local garages.

If you believe you have a problem with your lambda sensor, you can just disconnect it and then earth it straight to the body somewhere and it'll always read as if there are no issues.
If you still find you have a problem, then either your lambda sensor is completely fcuked or you have a different problem.

Doing wheelies gard? It's not a bike ya know...
