    Default S15 airbag light

    well,
I need to test my s15 but the airbag light is on and not sure how to get it off. There was an aftermarket steering wheel in the car before and the squib got broke when swapping it back. So I got a new squib fitted and reset the system but the light wont go off. I had a look at the passenger airbag and its connected up and looks fine. Anybody got any ides?? Or know where the crash sensors are so I can check them out?? Thanks Eoin

Sit in car , leave the drivers door open , key in ignition , ignition on , press the drivers door courtesy light switch 10 times , ignition off , take key out , stay in the car close the door and start the engine.

this will work, first time i did it it only stayed off for 2 days, second time i did it its been off since and that was about 2 months ago.
    re-sets the ecu fault codes

You'll have to solder in a 2.7ohm resistor into the airbag loom and then do that sequence mentioned above....

make sure u solder it in the right way around before you start the process or your airflow meter will reduce fuel pulsation threw the ecu. What size injectors do u have man ??
