    Angry irish 200sx

    well lads is a irish 200sx the same as a jap one and are they harder to get. my insurance company (AXA) wont let me insure jap imports.

    afaik the mapping in an english 200sx is slightly different to a jap 200sx.

    Is it an s14??

    And that's bull that they wont insure jap imports

    Been covered so many times before. Use the search button. But anyway just insure a banger for a couple of weeks and then just transfer the insurance over to the S14. Simples!

    that won't necessarily work lad. I bought a 14 and they won't transfer off my vectra to it

    If there giving you hassle, tell them you got a quote from one of their competitors and you were ringing to compare prices. Some of them actually can't physically do it thou... the computer just says no Have you tried Quinn?

    I was with quinn for years and changed to axa just over a year ago. its fair tic im 28 wit full licence and full no claims

    most companys will insure you if you are an existing costomer and you already have the car when i got my first performance car i was with quinn and before i bought the car i rang for a quote and they said i was to young and they dont insure jap imports and then i was told by a mate if i had the car they would insure me and they did

    true i heard that before to, but axa don't do that they just leave you hanging
