Second hand injectors are over priced get on to rhdjapan and buy a new set of injectors for about 400euro at least you know then that they are perfect the only injectors you should pay 300 for are ones that have been flow tested.you don't need a fuel pressure regulator
I've 555cc nismo injectors here. They have been tested by me. Intended on using them in my 180 but didn't. So there sittin here ready to go if u want them. 250 takes them.
A boost controller would be good also.![]()
not sure lad. I didn't personally test them. I had them done by tom casey in ballyduff, the guy that builds all the red top vauxhall engines for rally cars. He told me that one was weak when i gave them to him. He sorted them and replaced the o rings. Glad i got them done before i even attempted using them. (but turned out that i didn't need them anyway but its handy to be 100% sure of them if i sell them on.) There's another set of standard ones on the way to him now for my 14 cause its runnin a bit lean and just wanna put my mind at ease cause i have a fear of meltin a piston.
Tom casey put you wrong and he builds some good engines.what price did he charge for the testing?
No he knows what he is at
First things youd want to do is bigger turbo elbow and downpipe. Maybe even an oil cooler and an alloy rad to keep temperatures sweet. As for the power fc,, is their any reason you want this?? You can get a nistune board supplied and fitted and road mapped for 450euro. I have one in my silvia and im makin 300hp with standard afm and injectors at .85 bar(greddy t517z turbo). If your lookin for more power without opening the engine, source a set of standard s15 injectors (480cc i think) and a z32. Not sure wat power rating your turbo has but i know that i can get up to and around 360 hp with those mods added to my engine. Also, japspeed do a pretty good exhaust mani for fair money.
