lad ive never seen 1 before face to face. this is the first time i myself ever opened a diff.. so i dont no. i saw it was welded and it seems to be locked solid.. it was welded before i got it. so thanks for tellin me that. but a bit more weld and id say she be a right yoke ladddd

see the little metal plate on one of the bolts, that will have what ratio it is. if you clean it up with a wire brush you should be able to read it.

It's a small case E36 diff. probably a 3.38 or 3.46 off a 318iS or something similar.
