Its a Garrett with a A/R 42 Compressor Housing,have the part numbers off the turbo but how do I identify it,have no fucking clue when it comes to turbo anyone got any help?

i have the part numbers.....but what is a T3 T25 T28 etc relate to? is that just manifold flange type? and my exhaust outlet is that a specific to my downpipe??
