Nissan mechanic wanted. Terrano problem.

Well lads. The terrano immobilser wont turn off. The battery went flat and ever since it wont start. The red light is staying on on top of the dash. Plenty of diesal getting to the pump but not going any further. Any easy way of by passing the immobilser?

immo -crank sensor signal. not being smart but tap around the pick up ring at the ignition barrel.

has it keyless entry? . 1 or 2 keys . worst case senario key coding required .

Alright ill try that. Has remote central locking with imobiliser in the key. NATS or something i think its called.

I know someone who had one of these sitting in his garden for a couple of years with this problem I used to work for him and in the time I was there 3 or 4 mechanics took it and couldn't help

we originally thought it was the immobilizer or NATS (Nissan anti theft system)
but i don't think it was that


I'll ask him how he solved it and get back to ya.
he may have scrapped it it was sitting up for so long tho

Derek as it happens I asked a guy about this only this eve for ye!
He fixed one last week with same issue.I'll get him to forward me some info on it!
