they wont ever do 400 regardless of what greddy rate them to.
if you push them really fucking hard then you may see 360 odd.
expect to see 330-350.
they come on hard as hell and will kick like a mule. and cheap to rebuild as they are only jounal bearing. more laggy than a gt series equivalent but still very usable.
i prob get 1.5 bar at around 3800 or so. but be warned, if you run them at 1.5 bar they wont last too long
