Slightly off topic but what temperatures are you seeing before using an oil cooler?
Just asking because i've heard a few different theories on when they're needed.

Are u over on SXOC man Apex performance have a special offer group buy thing for oil coolers.

Think its £150 for the kit without the thermostat in it or £200 with the extra bits and thermostat

** Just seen thats half the price of driftworks?

I very much doubt that apex make oil coolers themselves.

It's worth noting too that the driftworks kit includes a thermostat. It's mentioned in the sxoc thread that adding it to the apex kit would cost £150.
So it's not really comparing like for like.

Yeh its mentioned in it thread that it will cost 150 extra but they came up with a solution that first post was edited and the new price is added in the very second line of the first post

"We can offer the kit at just £149 or with a thermo option with two additional hoses and thermostatic sandwich plate for £216.50"

and thats all the lines to the correct size whereas from reading the driftworks one your just given the hose and you have todo the adjusments yourself to fit.

So if you look at it like that your looking at two kits of possible chinese origin?? (from scampers coilover thread most driftworks stuff is apparently chinese?) But your paying for £444 for something with the driftworks name on it and a little bit more play for £227.74 more than the apex kit??
