    Default Which V8?

Looking at V8 build threads has me getting silly ideas lately but here's the question,

    Lexus 4.3 3uzfe

General Motors V8 5.0 from Lincoln and ford f150

or merc 5.0 V8 from sl 500, the year of that engine is 89 model!

I can lay my hands on one of those fairly cheap in the next few months so what would be best, especially as il have to source a manual box!

    Cheers lads!

It won't be to the Cefiro, saving hard and may take a loan! S14a prob if I do!

Also need to convince a very grumpy polish mechanic to help, realisticly it's a year or so away!

Also before I chuck money at it, have a horn for a Hatchi!

    Thinkn out loud let's say!

I'd go down the lexus route, loads of conversion parts available for these mounts etc and conversion plates for r154 box

If you think you can,or you think you can't,your probably right!

Chevy V8 5.7 big block would be the cheapest and most powerful to build !

And IF you go that route, i know a fella whos nuts with these engines, he built 1500hp engine in estland and is more than happy to share his knowledge
