    well depends on the tester... some say as long as its locking on its fine,
    some say it has to be cable incase you burst a brake pipe...

    thats good to know it can be done to a road car and still have an nct will be looking into this a bit more

    alot of hydros allow ya to mount them either way.
    just a matter of mounting he handle horiz or vert...
