diff question

well the story is i bought a cusco 2 way diff. it wasnt all cased up but i got a casing with it and a tin full of bearings and nuts and bolts and stuff. when i got around then to look at it the two new carrier bearings ? ? (not a mechanic or know a load crap bout this kinda stuff so not sure of proper names etc) were the wrong size. one of the old ones is still on the actual diff and theres markings on them and the two new ones are a smaller size,also are the two bearings the same size,couldnt find a micrometer at home to measure properly. i also only got 3 shims ? ? (name). when i fitted a welded diff into a casing before there was two on either side.

will the standard nissan bearings and shim's fit or where could i buy ones that would ? ? ?

As far as i know the standard ones should fit i could be wrong on this, the only way youd come across a problem is if the cusco dif is slightly wider, alo believe it or not nissan sell shims!!
