Save yourself money in the long run & buy a car thats ready to go with the basics.

You wont be long sinking a couple of grand into a car that you plan to build yourself.

ah wez ill only be lookin to spend bout 2500 on a missile and thats at a max ya no wont be for few weeks yet but if i can get one for less money all the better ya no

i wouldnt spend 2.5k, id spend 1.5k on the car and keep 1k for for a service, parts to get it reliable,and other stuff needed doing,dosnt matter if ya spend 5k on a car it will still need something

i also agree with this... i would have had to spend over a grand to get the bits that are on my 180sx now thats when i had my skyline but s-bodies are dearer a bit.. theres plenty of cheap cars going now

oh amen to that davie just sayin i wouldn spend anymore than that like the cheaper the better and not too many sr20det's can be got for 1500
